What You'll DoAs a Location Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations while driving sales, developing your team, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Lead and manage all aspects of location operations Drive sales growth and profitability Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members Create a strong team culture focused on accountability and performance Ensure a safe and efficient work environment Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve customer concerns Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance Manage administrative responsibilities, reporting, and revenue tracking Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement company strategies Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures What We're Looking For3+ years of management experience with a proven track record Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and develop a team Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to engage with the local community and build relationships Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment when needed Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays and extended hours Why Work at OK Tire?Employee-Owned (ESOP)You're not just an employee-you're an owner.
