Payroll Administrator - Part-Time
The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re the kind of person who finds peace in a perfectly balanced ledger and actually enjoys the nuances of tax compliance, we want to talk to you.Your primary focus will be ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now (WFN). Since this is a part-time role, we need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding on the software side.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payrollADP WFN Management: Maintain employee profiles, update tax jurisdictions, and manage deductions (benefits, 401k, garnishments) within the ADP ecosystemCompliance: Ensure all payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local regulationsReporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports (labor distribution, PTO accruals, etc.) for the finance teamIssue Resolution: Act as the go-to person for employee inquiries regarding paystubs, tax elections, and timingQualifications & SkillsProven, hands-on experience specifically with ADP Workforce NowAccuracy: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality.
