About the Role We’re a growing independent dealership looking for one driven professional to handle the entire deal—from greeting the customer to delivering the vehicle. If you thrive on independence, accountability, and commission-based earnings, this role is for you. You will manage sales, financing, paperwork, and customer delivery with full support from ownership and systems already in place. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers from first contact to vehicle delivery Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and close sales Structure deals and secure financing (prime & subprime) Submit deals to lenders and handle approvals Complete all finance paperwork accurately and compliantly Collect stipulations and finalize contracts Coordinate vehicle delivery and customer follow-up Maintain CRM updates and deal logs Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements Automotive sales experience required Finance experience strongly preferred Knowledge of lender portals and deal structuring Strong closing skills and confidence with customers Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to manage multiple deals independently Valid driver’s license Compensation Commission-based pay (high earning potential) Performance bonuses available (Details discussed during interview) Why This Role Is Different No micromanagement No handoffs—you control the entire deal Opportunity to grow with the dealership Ideal for a top producer who wants autonomy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
