The Segment Manager is responsible for developing, articulating, and driving market segment strategy with the goal of improving revenue and profitability. They will work closely with other functional and businesses areas to drive strategy and align across organization on key priorities for segment, develop and manage lead generation initiatives, identify product portfolio gaps, and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve, growth targets. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
