Senior Wealth Management Advisor
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-drive Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join a collaborative wealth management firm in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role is designed for an experienced advisor who enjoys working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families while also contributing to the long-term growth, direction, and client experience of a sophisticated boutique advisory platform.The ideal candidate brings strong planning and relationship management capabilities, leadership presence, and a passion for delivering a highly personalized client experience within a high-touch fiduciary environment. This individual will play an important role in mentoring team members, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping evolve the firm’s Private Client offering over time.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationshipsLead complex financial planning conversations across investment management, retirement planning, estate considerations, tax strategies, philanthropic planning, business succession, and risk managementDevelop and maintain customized wealth planning and investment strategies aligned with each client’s goals and long-term objectivesDeliver a proactive, high-touch client experience while maintaining strong long-term relationships built on trust and communicationPartner closely with planning, investment, tax, operations, and client service teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive adviceMentor and support junior advisors and team members through collaboration, coaching, and shared planning expertiseContribute to the continued growth and evolution of the firm’s Private Client platform, including client experience, planning standards, workflows, and team developmentIdentify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support long-term business growth through referrals, networking, and professional relationshipsParticipate as a senior representative of the firm within the local market and professional communityStay informed on market trends, planning strategies, and industry developments while maintaining adherence to fiduciary standards and firm policiesSupport a collaborative, accountable, and client-focused team cultureQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred.7+ years of experience within wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory environments.CFP, CFA, CPA, or other advanced industry designation strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning and investment management principles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client trust and professional relationships.Relationship-oriented mindset with a collaborative and team-focused approach.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management platforms.This is an in-office position based in the Greater Milwaukee area and offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.Compensation is designed to attract experienced wealth management professionals and remains flexible based on experience, leadership background, and client relationship expertise.
