This is a senior, client-facing growth role responsible for expanding Brookwood Group's reach across our full portfolio: owner's representation, program advisory, and technology-enabled project delivery through BuildingWorks and the DataSphere platform.You will own the pipeline. You will open doors, deepen relationships, and convert opportunities across owners, developers, institutions, and public agencies. You will work closely with practice leads and leadership to sharpen how we position our services and bring new ideas for how we grow. This role is based in Atlanta and is central to where Brookwood goes next.What You'll DoBuild and convert a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Brookwood Group's full service portfolioIdentify and develop new client relationships with owners, developers, and capital project decision-makers in the AEC sectorDrive cross-sell opportunities between Brookwood's advisory services and BuildingWorks' technology platformDevelop and lead pursuit strategies, proposals, and executive presentations for high-value opportunitiesRepresent Brookwood at industry events and client forums as a credible, visible voice for what modern owner's rep looks likeTrack market trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts to inform go-to-market strategyMaintain pipeline data and reporting discipline; communicate BD status and forecasts to senior leadershipSupport contract negotiation and onboarding coordination alongside delivery leadsWhat We're Looking For10+ years in business development, client management, or pursuit leadership within AEC, owner's rep, program management, or construction technologyA genuine belief that technology is reshaping construction and a desire to be part of that shiftDemonstrated track record of building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationshipsExisting relationships within the owner/developer community — commercial real estate, healthcare, higher education, public sector, or similarExperience selling or positioning technology-enabled services, SaaS platforms, or data-driven products is a strong differentiatorStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable at the executive level and in the fieldHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple active pursuits simultaneouslyCRM proficiency and pipeline management disciplineBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferredWillingness to travel as neededWhy BrookwoodYou will have real ownership over a growth function at a firm that is actively building its futureYou will sell services that are genuinely differentiated, backed by technology that the market is just beginning to understandYou will work alongside a tight, high-trust team that moves fast and values people who do the sameCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceThis is a startup environment inside a credentialed firm.
