Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Our guest are very diverse in which majority are from Latin origin therefore being bilingual is an absolute paragon but not limited. Responsibilities - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage seating arrangements - Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service Skills - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of hospitality, guest services, and guest relations - Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant - Excellent customer service skills - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Physical Setting: Casual dining restaurant Shift: Evening shift Language: English/Spanish (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Temple, TX 76504 (Required) Work Location: In person
