Assist customers with issues that require follow up ensuring that customer’s inquiries, which begin at order desk, have been taken care of.Essential ResponsibilitiesUtilizing our ERP SAP system to create quotes, orders, invoices and other related transactionsProve customer support and perform data entry tasksCheck inventory levels and advise customer of product statusFollow up on orders that are on back order and keep customers up to dateProvide exceptional customer service via phone/email communicationAssisting customers with understanding what parts to order based on need and product (Twin, Single Line etc.)Complete customer transactions; charging client credit cards, collecting credit card payments, generating backorder reportsProviding back-up support via scheduling service calls when required, as well as for warehouse Qualifications & ExperienceSoftware knowledge MS-OfficePractical technical insight and knowledge University Degree / College Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.2 + years’ experience as an Office Administrator, parts desk, or relevant experienceStrong Microsoft suite experience, Advanced Excel2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Parts Desk, or Service AdvisorSkills & Personal CharacteristicsAccurate and solution-oriented problem solverExcellent communication skills and strong ability to deal with different personalitiesHighly organized, and an efficient multi-taskerTechnical CompetenciesSAP knowledge & experienceAccurate and solution-oriented problem solverExcellent communication skills and strong ability to deal with different personalitiesManage, organizing, and an efficient multi-taskerAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
