CRE Relationship ManagerWashington D.C- HybridDirect Hire$170,000-$200,000Responsibilities:Build and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and client relationships across the D.C. marketActively prospect and source new lending opportunities in the marketUnderwrite your own deals, analyze the property, assess the borrower, and make credit recommendations independentlyPut together deal proposals and present them to internal credit committee for approvalNegotiate loan terms, work through documentation, and drive deals to closingPartner with internal teams and external legal counsel throughout the closing processCross sell additional bank products to existing clientsRepresent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking functionQualifications:5+ years of experience specifically in commercial real estate relationship management or lendingAbility to underwrite deals independently without heavy supportStrong presentation skills, comfortable in front of credit committees and clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of compliance and regulatory standardsProficient in CoStar, Argus, Moody's CreditLens, Salesforce, and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
