Processor Operator - 1st ShiftNewark, NJ 07105 $20 - $22 / Hour Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm The Processing Operator is responsible for effectively blending, operating and cleaning all equipment used to process, store, and prepare product to ensure conformance to requirements. Job Responsibilities for a Processing Operator Mix or blend compound or process ingredients according to formulas Read work orders to determine production specifications or information Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Operate automated CIP systems and processes for storage tanks, lines, filling equipment. Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing policies Assisting all other with tasks and duties within the department. Understand and comply with all GMP policies Job Requirements Processor Operator: 1+ year experience in a GMP manufacturing facility Strong attention to detail. Computer literate. Able to instantly recognize when factors are outside acceptable parameters. Understand all Standard Operating Procedures. Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practice.
