Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and supervise residents to ensure safety, compliance, and accountabilityConduct routine room checks, headcounts, and facility roundsEnforce program rules, policies, and daily schedulesProvide support and guidance to clients in recoveryAssist with client intake and orientation, including belongings search (per policy)Document all relevant activities, incidents, and observations in logbooks or electronic systemsRespond to and properly report incidents, emergencies, or behavioral concernsSupport transportation needs or coordinate client movements as requiredAssist in facilitating structured activities and life skills developmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of common areasCollaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care3pm to 11pm ( weekends included)
