We're obsessed with how it will be done.Key ResponsibilitiesCQV Execution & SafetyPerform Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities with a strong focus on safetyDeliver C&Q activities in alignment with project schedulesTrack and report progress of CQV effortsDocumentation & ComplianceSupport the generation and review of C&Q procedures for client projectsReview and revise qualification-related documents, including SOPs, master plans, and execution plansAssist with CQV review and qualification of equipment designProject Planning & CoordinationSupport planning of commissioning spares and consumablesAllocate project resources for efficient executionCoordinate support and logistics during CQV executionTesting & Vendor Management* Support execution of design reviews, equipment shakedown, commissioning, FATs, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities* Coordinate with project contractors and equipment vendors to execute required testingQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences (relevant experience can substitute for education)2+ years of related experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industryEssential experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environmentOutstanding oral and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesCustomer-focused mindsetWillingness and flexibility to travel throughout the U.S. and potentially internationallyCritical CompetenciesInfluence StrategyEvaluates and pursues opportunities based on organizational strategyIdentifies innovative solutions with strategic impactAnticipates emerging customer and market needsSatisfy the CustomerUnderstands and anticipates client needsDevelops solutions that exceed expectationsActively follows up to ensure satisfaction and loyaltyPlan for SuccessAligns business strategies with actionable plansAllocates resources effectivelyAnticipates risks and builds contingency plansPursue ExecutionPrioritizes initiatives to ensure goal achievementHolds self and team accountableProactively removes obstaclesTailor CommunicationCommunicates clearly, concisely, and professionallyAdjusts messaging to suit audienceExplains technical concepts across all levelsBuild PartnershipsBuilds strong networks across teams and disciplinesPromotes collaboration and removes silosInvolves stakeholders in decision-makingInfluence OthersBuilds support through sound reasoningGains buy-in from decision makersEncourages innovation and better outcomesDevelop Self and OthersContinuously develops relationship and leadership skillsActs with integrity and models company valuesSeeks out breakthrough opportunities#LI-MV1$87,152 - $94,600 a yearAverage base salary range - not including benefits, and potential overtime and/or Cost of Living Adjustment.We are an equal opportunity employer; we are proud to employ veterans and promote diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
