Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent who will provide exceptional customer service and support in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in accordance with company policies Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in purchasing additional coverage Required Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service role with high customer interaction Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer) Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License Administrative and computer skills Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
