Float Teacher (Infant, Toddler, Preschool)

We’re looking for someone who truly loves kiddos and enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team. Position: Floater / Classroom Support As a floater, you’ll jump in where help is needed—whether that’s assisting a lead teacher with daily activities, stepping in during breaks, or just being an extra set of hands to keep our day running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for our kiddos Support play-based learning and interactive activities Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth Help keep the classroom organized and ready for fun What We’re Looking For: Someone who loves working with children and understands early childhood needs Experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children is a big plus Great communication and teamwork skills Bonus points if you’ve tutored or supported children who need a little extra help If you want to be part of a center that feels like family and truly makes a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you!
