(Hybrid in future)Description:  We’re building large‑scale AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and internal business data. This is not a theory role and not a learning role. We need a senior, plug‑and‑play engineer who has already built real Copilot Studio agents in production, full stack systems around them, and knows how to make them actually work in the real world. You will come into the office, learn our operation fast, and help us build.Requirements (non‑negotiable):Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Copilot Studio related)Proven, hands‑on experience building Copilot Studio agents (not demos, not tutorials)Full stack experience working with DataverseStrong proficiency using Claude (actual use, not experimentation)Has already built systems similar to what we are building nowCan work independently with minimal hand‑holdingWhat this is NOT:Not entry levelNot a “learn as you go” roleNot remoteNot for people who only understand this stuff in theoryIf you’re a serious, experienced Microsoft AI professional who’s ready to come in, build, and execute — this is for you.
