Schedule: Sunday- Friday 11:30 PM- 8:00 AM
Facility location: Charlestown, NH
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads a project team or multiple smaller project teams or leads a functional team or unit in area of expertise.
Prepares, monitors, and may be responsible for staffing, and or business/operational results of a functional team or project.
Directly manages individual contributors and may manage other supervisors or group leaders.
Audits work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met.
Maintains and updates production records and produces reports as necessary.
Manages operation to maximize production of quality products and minimize cost.
Trains and evaluates production employees
Scope:
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
Typically, does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised
All Employees Shall:
Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
Attend scheduled EH&S training program
Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
Recommend improved EH&S practices
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties. This ability to communicate requires the employee to be conversant in English as the majority of our workforce and the third parties that we encounter only speak English.
