Stripes Logistics is seeking a professional CDL or Non-CDL Hotshot Driver to operate a 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck with a 40’ trailer for regional and over-the-road freight.Drivers must have experience loading and unloading low-clearance vehicles and properly securing LTL freight loads .This is NOT a home-daily position . Drivers must be willing to remain on the road up to 14 days at a time .Drivers who maintain equipment, communicate well with dispatch, and keep the truck moving will maximize earnings under our performance pay structure .Driver RequirementsValid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).Trailer pulling experience required (40’ preferred).Experience loading and unloading low-clearance vehicles.Experience strapping and securing LTL freight.Clean driving record.Must pass background check and drug screening.Willing to stay OTR for 14+ days at a time.Ability to perform basic operator-level truck maintenance.Strong communication and reliability.Strict no-smoking policy in company equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck with 40’ trailer for hotshot freight.Transport vehicles and LTL freight safely across regional and OTR routes.Properly load, secure, and unload freight and vehicles.Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.Maintain truck cleanliness and road readiness.Perform basic maintenance when needed.Maintain communication with dispatch for routing and deliveries.Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations.Pay & CompensationDrivers are paid whichever is greater each week :$750 Guaranteed Weekly Base PayOR25% of Truck’s Weekly Gross RevenueThis pay structure rewards drivers who:Keep the truck moving.Reduce downtime.Maintain equipment properly.Deliver freight safely and efficiently.High-performing drivers can significantly exceed the base pay .#J-18808-Ljbffr
