This role offers broad exposure across securities operations, cash and asset servicing, and client-facing issue resolution within a fast-paced institutional environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess and reconcile securities transactions, custody activity, and income events across global marketsReview, validate, and repair trade instructions, payment activity, and operational exceptionsMonitor daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with control standardsInvestigate and resolve transaction breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and client servicing issuesCommunicate professionally with clients, counterparties, custodians, and internal teams regarding operational inquiriesSupport reporting, audit preparation, production metrics, and operational documentation requirementsIdentify trends, process gaps, and opportunities to improve straight-through processing and operational efficiencyAssist with team projects, system enhancements, onboarding initiatives, and cross-functional operational supportQualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, finance, or related fieldExperience supporting securities operations, custody services, trade processing, reconciliations, or asset servicing activitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-resolution skills in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple business functionsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPointDetail-oriented self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities within a collaborative team environment
