This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in supporting project coordination, internal communications, production/finishing processes, and client service.Key Responsibilities Monitor timelines and send reminders to keep projects on trackOrganize and distribute project kickoff materialsProof creative deliverables for accuracy and consistencyCoordinate with photo team for asset requestsSupport production with file delivery, tracking, and transfersStep in to support client communication during team absencesSend meeting reminders and distribute briefs to internal teamsMaintain up-to-date brand guidelines and client preference documentationEnsure teams are aligned with current project details and updatesAttend client meetings and take detailed notesOrganize meeting notes and email threads into internal briefsUpdate client-facing status sheets and trackersSchedule client meetings and assist in event planning and giftingCreate and maintain production schedules for deliverablesTrack project progress using deliverables logs and status sheetsRequest templates and coordinate updates as neededAssist in assembling materials for client presentationsManage and maintain internal systemsHelp route materials through the finishing processWe're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of equivalent work experience, preferably in entertainment and/or in an administrative support roleExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlinesA team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitudeKeen interest in entertainment and/or marketingWhy Join UsOpportunity to grow within a collaborative, creative teamExposure to high-profile clients and multifaceted campaignsFast-paced environment with hands-on learningCompensation$25-$30/hr
