This Black Belt position will be focused on driving continuous improvement by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and drive operational excellence.

American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) within six (6) months of hire. Knowledge and experience in quality improvement models, particularly Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System (TPS), or IHI Model for Improvement - either within the healthcare or manufacturing environment.

Achieve Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from accredited institution. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from accredited institution.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferred. Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, DMADV tools and methodologies.

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification or comparable problem-solving certification. Fundamental knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen activities and Six Sigma processes.

Preference for Certification in APICS CPIM, CSCP, ISM CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.

Any of the following: Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior Training, and/or Team Development Training.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification. The Analyst, Diversions will support the Right of Way diversion planning and coordination team in MBTA; provide key analysis for the Right of Way diversion access strategy; support and monitor Right of Way diversion access protocols (online requesting, reviewing, approval, program and change management); promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and broader organization for ROW Diversion Planning.

Proven application of Lean Six Sigma tools with Lean 6-Sigma Green Belt. Continuous Improvement Engineer. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science plus 8 -10 years manufacturing & Continuous Improvement experience.

Licenses/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) This position is responsible for applying knowledge of environmental health and safety practices and standards to develop programs and processes that support the execution of Loram's strategies, and to ensure compliance with regulatory and Loram standards and drive continuous improvement of EHS performance and results.

Continuous improvement competencies including: Six Sigma methodology, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, Green\Black Belt Certification, data oriented decision-making, statistics, SPC, and related proficiencies.

ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean Mfg. Drive continuous improvement opportunities and yield metrics utilizing wide variety of analytical techniques (such as SPC, DOE, Gauge R&R), lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts.
