Currently building a new heated shop for maintenance and equipment upkeep in the off months will be able to all be inside where it is warm. A degree in Agronomy would be a plus, but is not required, but would like to see some experience and knowledge in soils, drainage, fertilizer, chemical, insect and disease, crop rotation, weed control, crop scouting, etc.
