- The Youth Services Supervisor provides administrative direction and leadership to staff on the Child and Adolescent Treatment Team, providing rehabilitative, medical and service coordination services to eligible children and adolescents with mental illness in the community setting.
- This position provides wraparound services, wraparound facilitation, skills training, recovery planning, and continuity of care.
- Education Required: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistance, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education or early childhood intervention or a bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of coursework in the previous fields.
- This position must obtain a QMHP certification within 6 months of hire.
- Serve as Wraparound Facilitator to the full degree of fidelity as mandated by State performance contracts.
