Discharge planning experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience with clinical charting, incident reporting and investigation response is required. Must have a strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team. Experience in team building and demonstrating respect for the interprofessional team in wound management. Must have knowledge of national wound guidelines and wound products. Knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey process is required. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint skills are required.
