DEI is in our DNA! </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Must possess a RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval)</li><li>Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire *Commitment to attend monthly support calls is required.</li><li>Must have national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC)or be committed to complete Advanced Wound Training and national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire (For those hired with wound certification, completion of a fast-track hybrid program for regulatory wound care requirements will be provided)</li><li>Knowledge and experience with clinical charting, incident reporting and investigation response is required.</li><li>Must have a strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team.</li><li>Experience in team building and demonstrating respect for the interprofessional team in wound management is required.</li><li>Must have knowledge of national wound guidelines and wound products.</li><li>Knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey process is required.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint skills are required. </li></ul>Other Info <ul><li> Position Type: Full Time </li><li> Pay Target: $34 - $37 / hour </li><li> Job City: Silver City </li><li> Requisition Number: 500619</li></ul>
