- The Workplace Experience team is a team who serve as community ambassadors and service providers in our award-winning Headquarters in the Seaport area of Boston.
- The Workplace Experience Coordinator is essential in creating a friendly and welcoming environment, playing a key role in the day to day planning and operations necessary to keep our HQ running at optimal efficiency.
- Be our facilities and logistics go-to, working closely with our building partners and vendors to maintain our office space, ensuring quality on-time service and efficient practices, keeping our office in tip-top shape, and creating a welcoming environment for all who enter our doors
- Use your impeccable organizational skills to manage packages and UPS and Envoy mail systems, and ensure our HQ’s mail room is efficient and responsive.
- Support our workplace programs with onboarding, offboarding, ergonomics and other initiatives that impact the daily employee experience.
