- This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $10 to $22 per hour.
- As a Work From Home Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about our products and services- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
