- This position is located at the Navy Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC), with Naval Base Point Loma. The Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) is the Navy's primary program for the delivery of an array of human services intended to enhance the resiliency and self-sufficiency of individuals and families, resulting in increased operational readiness and personal resiliency.
- This position is located at the Navy Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC), with Naval Base Point Loma. The Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) is the Navy's primary program for the delivery of an array of human services intended to enhance the stability, resiliency and self-sufficiency of individuals and families, resulting in increased operational readiness and personal resiliency.
- Ensures staff within assigned WFL program areas are trained and equipped to provide in-person and virtual customer service delivery, to include expertise with Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams.
- Supervises assigned non-appropriated fund (NAF) and appropriated fund/general schedule (APF/GS) staff, to include hiring, training, performance management, evaluation, and support.
- Upon hire, as a condition of employment, the applicant must successfully complete, obtain, and maintain Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP) certification.
