Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. As a window and door installer for our team this is a great business opportunity to be a part of a leader in the industry! Qualifications~ <ul><li> 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.</li><li> New York/ Westchester Co. home improvement contracting license is a plus!</li><li> Must have a valid drivers license and enclosed trailer or truck, cargo van, or box truck to transport windows along with a metal brake </li></ul>and tools to perform window/door installations. <ul><li> Must have a metal brake and experience using a metal brake.</li><li> Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers compensation insurance.</li><li> Must be EPA certified and Lead certified in the state of New York.</li><li> Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.</li><li> Positive attitude and strong communication skills required. </li></ul>Compensation & Benefits~ <ul><li> Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $250,000-$300,000 per year*, paid weekly</li><li> Year-round work to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)</li><li> Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you</li><li> Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion</li><li>Pay varies based on volume and work completed* </li></ul>If this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
