- As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will focus on resolving easy to medium break/fix issues.
- Assist with the Cooperative's information technology infrastructure and services including communications and networks; data interfaces between applications; information system security; hardware and software; desktop support; access control, IP security camera system, mobile devices, and assisting with key technology initiatives.
- You will work under the guidance of the Director of Technology.
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate end user support for issues of simple to moderate in scope (desktop/network/production applications, LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and hardware).
- Assist with the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
