- The Showing Assistant is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, contacting all associated parties, recording in Appointment Manager software, and providing administrative support to enable the Showing Coordinators to perform their duties.
- Answer incoming calls to set, reschedule or cancel appointments by contacting all parties involved to include, but not limited to, buyer’s agents, listing agents, agent assistants, homeowners, builders, home-tenders, tenants, estate executors, maids/housekeepers, nanny/caregivers, concierge, guards.
- Assist with Prime/Back-up notification calls, check department emails, check department phone messages, record appointment counts, call for early appointments, take out trash, call manager with a weekend recap report, transfer calls at time of close to last Prime agent.
- Be available to MTSIR agents for emergency requests which may include, but not limited to, accessing MLS info, locating phone numbers, accessing feedback info, reporting showing frequency of listings, etc.
- Franchise affiliates benefit from an association with the venerable, centuries-old Sotheby’s auction house.
