- The Project Manager will preferably be someone who has knowledge of municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water-related client services.
- Project/tasks and clients in the planning, design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, storm water systems, and pump/lift stations as well as creating construction documents, specifications, and handling construction oversight/administration for both new construction and for rehabilitation work
- Condition assessment evaluations for water, wastewater, and storm system assets including pipelines and pump/lift stations using a variety of approaches and technologies.
- Planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services and will include activities focused on design of municipal water/wastewater projects, the preparation of project reports, hydraulic models, calculations, drawings, construction plans and specifications, permitting packages, and documents for inclusion in the final project deliverables
- Pursue new work associated with planning, design, and construction administration of a variety of water/wastewater/reclaimed water related projects for public clients as proposed project manager on competitive pursuits, including positioning, marketing strategies, proposing, participating in interviews, and negotiating contracts, to the extent required.
