- Ensure resolution of warranty claims to customer satisfaction while minimizing costs to the company.
- Assess future financial risk by forecasting warranty costs and liabilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments, legal counsel, suppliers, vendors, and contractors as necessary.
- Recommend enhancements or changes to the Quality Management System (QMS) to reduce warranty claims and/or costs.
