- The VP of Business Development reports to the CEO and is responsible for leading all sales efforts for the company.
- Manages and develops a team of National Sales Executives to grow sales and to build new client relationships within a designated region, product, and/or assignment.
- Essential Job Functions Build strong relationships with prospects; maintain/build active pipeline of qualified new business leads and maintaining existing clients
- Make frequent prospect visits; follow-up on proposals and quotations; perform basic relationship building on a daily basis; may require travel up to 60%
- Provide weekly reports to the CEO regarding prospective client pipeline and status of sales team's goals and accomplishments
