SCHERMER is seeking a VP of Brand Strategy & Research Insights. We need a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in a marketing agency, with B2B experience an absolute must. This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and we expect the person we hire to work in our office at least 3 days/week. The VP of Brand Strategy & Research Insights develops and drives the agency’s strategy practice. They are responsible for creating brand identities through research and applying experience to uncover an in-depth knowledge of the organizational process, competitive threats and opportunities of a client’s business. The VP of Brand Strategy & Research Insights develops programs and thinking for our clients, creates and maintains relationships with existing and potential clients, and develops strategic solutions and plans that best fit the agency and clients’ needs. We’re looking for:<ul><li>A strategic thinker, collaborator, creative problem-solver.
