- Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Prior experience in the insurance industry and a sales-facing position in advanced sales leadership Experience in income tax planning for high-net- worth individuals Professional communication and presentation skills Ability to effectively speak in front of small and large groups of advisors Self-starter with strong analytical skills Highly responsive to, and proactive with, member firms and internal support team.
