- The VIP Host provides a first-class gaming experience to VIP players through strong relationship management and communication.
- Act as the personal VIP Host by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers via various forms of contact.
- Engage with VIP players, and at times other players including the chat room on site.
- Work with VIP Team, Support Team and land-based casino Marketing Team to keep them informed about upcoming promotions and get their feedback on the response to customer communication and user journeys.
