- You will work closely with our SVP, Worldwide Sales, Head of Marketing, and leaders across the GTM function to define, provide insights, and support execution of our pipeline creation motion
- Collaborate with People Ops and Enablement to drive retention, maintain headcount, and onboard successful new Team Members
- Performance management: provide specific, actionable feedback for SDR Sr. Manager and Manager direct reports as well as identify and reinforce key traits that drive positive results in order for SDRs to exceed team and individual quotas
- Public Speaking: run SDR Manager and SDR team trainings, bootcamps and segment meetings
- Project Management: development of bootcamps, framework for professional development and upleveling skills for SDR promotions
