- Primary Duties & Responsibilities In partnership with the business unit leadership team, the VP of Sales has full ownership of the complete back-office functions of the sales and service organization.
- Establish global sales strategy worldwide for SiC Drive financial thought leadership, institute end-to-end process management for sales target setting and tracking of performance through to financial forecasting Responsible for guidance and direction of all Sales Communications, Marketing and Customer relations to support the overall business strategy Involved in the coordination, planning and execution of yearly sales plan and stewardship of reporting tools.
- Lead bookings and revenue forecast and corresponding analytics to drive predictability and linearity of top line results.
- Act as a liaison between the sales organization, marketing, finance, IT, HR and corporate EHS to deliver sales and service operations initiatives on time and on budget.
- Other duties as assigned Ability to assess and develop global sales channels Education & Experience.
