- The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the overall brand management, marketing strategy and execution for the Motorized (Blenders, Ice Cream Makers, Food Processors, Mixers, Juicers) and Kitchenware (Cookware, Bakeware, Cutlery) categories.
- This is a global role covering all geographies and retail channels including online and DTC. You will lead the Brand Marketing teams to drive the voice of the consumer in defining the new product roadmap as well as leading branding and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- You will lead product commercialization for the DTC, in-store and online business globally, partnering with the Sales, Category Management, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights, Commercial Analytics, Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure consistent and flawless execution across a $2B+ business.
- Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred 10+ years marketing/management and leadership experience within a consumer product driven company Experience bringing products to market for big brands with revenue over $400M Understanding of the big-box retail marketplace, digital and eCommerce.
