- Diagnose, repair, and service heavy trucks, equipment and emergency equipment (ambulance and fire apparatus) with both diesel and gas engines, including air brakes and wet brakes, injector pumps, fuel systems, engines and transmissions, hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulics, exhaust systems, wiring and electrical systems, air compressors, air chambers, air conditioning, etc.
- Possession of a valid Maryland class B commercial driver's license with airbrake and passengerendorsements (or an equivalent license); or possession of a valid automobile operator's license with ability to obtain the CDL-B and endorsements within 6 months after hire
