- This employee will be solely responsible for the annual sidewalk renovation program inclusive of site selection, property owner notification, contractor coordination, inspection/acceptance, and invoice approvals.
- This employee also acts in the role as a Town Liaison with the local Power, Phone, Cable, and Gas Utility Companies as it pertains to issues such as, but not limited to, permitting for street/sidewalk construction work, notification of damage facilities that need restoration or maintenance, and graffiti removal issues.
- This employee also interfaces with the State Highway Administration on operational issues, as delegated to him/her by the Town Construction Manager.
- Serve as Town liaison between the Department of Public Works and the local utility companies.
