Clearance Required : No Job Description : Manages the activities in such functions as stockroom operations, kitting, material handling, inventory operations, and material distribution. Works under immediate supervision to aid with managing hardware inventory, kits and movement of materials. Assists with preparation of necessary hardware kits & documentation. Assists with checking arriving hardware materials to ensure they match purchase orders. Assists with flow of hardware materials and products in inventory & manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Assists with responding to basic customer questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services of hardware and kits. Tracks and traces goods while they are on route to their destinations. Compiles data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions and other documents to assess supply needs.
