Digital Janet LLC. is currently on the lookout for a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in shaping intuitive user experiences and designing modern user interfaces that meet and exceed customer satisfaction. Location: Hyattsville, MD hybrid 2x week onsite (Local preferred) Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement innovative UI/UX designs that enhance application usability.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement product direction, visuals, and experience.</li><li>Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.</li><li>Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.</li><li>Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.</li><li>Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.</li><li>Test developed applications for usability and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>5+ years of experience in UX design and development</li><li>Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.</li><li>Experience with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.</li><li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.</li><li>Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li></ul>
