- Your Role:As a Triage RN for Lincoln Medical Partners at Lincoln Health, you will be working in a clinical position.
- Your day to day will include typical nursing responsibilities such as independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- You will be providing telephone triage to patient who require pre-operative and post-operative care as well as home care advice.
- You will work with our team of midwives and doctors to provide comprehensive women’s health and wellness service.
- You will also work with general surgeons in providing care to patients through surgery or problems caused by illness or injury, and will support our orthopedic surgeons by focusing on seamless care, rapid recoveries, successful outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care.
