- The Traveling Vibration Analyst/ Maintenance Technician role is responsible for completing Predictive Maintenance Services field projects and providing comprehensive reports of findings.
- This includes testing rotating equipment, laser alignment, dynamic balancing, vibration analysis, setting bearing clearances, general industrial mechanical repairs, and measuring the severity of equipment problems and reporting conditions to customers.
- Safely collect, analyze, and report on the general health of plant equipment, using vibration analysis to determine root cause and make recommendations for correction
- Diagnose imbalance, misalignment, looseness, worn and damaged components, as well as structural resonances, bearing, pump, and gear faults
