- Pay Information $10 to $31 per hour About The Position Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Job Description: Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, the patient/family/caregiver, and the patient’s primary care provider to develop a holistic plan of care focused on achieving the patient/family physical therapy goals.
- Completes accurate clinical documentation to effectively support service provided within specified timeframes Provides physical therapy to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients based on principles of growth and development and life stages.
- Completes medication reconciliation at specified timeframes.
- Knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment methods Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and equipment Ability to maintain effective relationships with other health care professionals Must be able to develop skills in use of technology used in home care setting.
