- The Traveling Maintenance Technician (TMT), directed by the Senior or Regional Vice President, travels to assigned multifamily communities and remains onsite until an assigned project is complete or otherwise directed by the SVP or RVP. Upon assignment, the TMT performs various maintenance duties for residential units including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, cleaning units and grounds for inspections and new occupancy.
- In the event of differing recommendations for solutions between the TMT and either the Community Manager or Regional Property Manager, with respect to an assigned project, the issue shall be referred to the Regional Vice President.
- Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing and building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors.
- Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, and locks.
