- Provide first stage response for operational and risk management issues.
- Oversee staffing distribution and hiring, prepare staffing schedule, complete employee evaluations and mentor, coach, train and discipline employees- Oversee monitoring of weekly staffing analysis to adhere to FTE budget and/or productivity standards- Provide training to all staff on new equipment or changes as required.
- Provide safe transport of patients between interdepartmental units- Daily rounding to departments for collection of empty O2 cylinders- Daily pick up of soiled medical equipment from clinical areas and transports to Central Processing- Provide rudimentary order entry into the computer ordering system- Provide transport of expired patients to the morgue area when Public Safety is not available.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire, required
- Hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, sitting, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, and walking.
