- Atlantic City Electric (ACE), Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), Commonwealth Edison (ComEd), Delmarva Power & Light (DPL), PECO Energy Company (PECO), and Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco).
- Leads highly technical consultation and training through OJT/OJE (may include some classroom instruction as well) on highly complex and unique technical areas requiring the application of advanced engineering principles and may require advanced knowledge of complex analog and digital field test equipment.
- T&S Strategic Engineering Projects structure - multi-disciplined team consisting of substation/high voltage (HV), protection and controls (P&C), and Civil engineering and design staff, and lead responsible engineers (LRE).
- Responsibilities include supports of feasibility studies; scope development, pre-engineering; development of RFPs; proposal evaluation; oversight/onboarding of EOCs/SEOCs to include training, procedures, and guidance on High Voltage/Substation, substation templates and standards; QA reviews of engineering and design deliverables; substation and protection related studies; and coordination of technical field support.
- The section engineer would be utilized as the team substation subject matter expert (SME) to provide technical guidance and direction to both internal staff and external consulting engineers and designers (EOCs and SEOCs) in support of a wide range of T&D projects (capacity expansion) and large programs (system performance).
