- William Paterson University invites applications for the 14-week semester (fall and spring), part-time position of Culinary Arts Instructor within the division of College of Education - Transition Program.
- The culinary instructor will train students on quality food preparation, preparing menu recipes, proper sanitary habits, cleaning and food storage procedures, and presentation and plating techniques.
- The culinary instructor will also manage food inventory and equipment and develop ways to streamline operations while ensuring high food preparation and education standards.
- Attend bi-weekly staff meeting.
- Train students so they can receive the Servsafe Food Handler Certificate.
